Foreplay
A board game for two on one iPad — roll, climb, and take on what you land on

What it is
Foreplay is a board game for exactly two people sharing one iPad. You take turns rolling, you climb a staircase of fifty-three squares up the screen, and on each square there is a challenge waiting. The closer you get to the top, the bolder they get.
Every card is editable. The deck that ships with the app is only a starting point — you can rewrite the challenges, add your own illustrations, set an intensity limit before you start, and export the whole deck to hand it to someone else.
There is no account, no server and no network. The deck lives in a file on that iPad, and the only way it leaves is if one of you exports it on purpose.
Inside the app
- Two players, one iPad — hot-seat, portrait, no second device needed.
- 53-square board — challenges that escalate as you approach the finish.
- Fully editable deck — rewrite any challenge, add your own images.
- Intensity limit — decide before the first roll how far the deck may go.
- Export & import — back up or share a deck as a file, by hand.
- Replayable rolls — the dice run off a seed, so a game can be replayed.
- Completely offline — no account, no server, no analytics, no ads.

Your data
Nothing leaves the iPad. Foreplay has no account, no backend and makes no network requests. Player names, custom challenges and images are stored in the app's own folder on the device. Delete the app and they are gone with it.
