What data the app processes

None that reaches us. Perfect Universe operates no server for this app and receives no data from it — not a message, not a statistic, not a crash report tied to you.

What the app writes stays on the device, inside its own folder:

• the player names, colours and genders you enter when setting up a game;
• the challenge deck, including every card you edited or added;
• illustrations you attached to cards;
• the intensity limit and other game settings.

Other apps cannot read any of it. Deleting the app deletes it.

When something does leave the device

Only when you send it yourself. The app can export the deck as a file so you can back it up or hand it to someone else — where that file goes afterwards is entirely up to you and is no longer covered by this policy. If you have iCloud or local device backups switched on, iOS may include the app's files in that backup, under Apple's terms and your own iCloud account.

What the app does not do

• No account and no sign-in — there is nothing to sign in to.
• No network requests, so no advertising and no analytics.
• No advertising identifier is read; no tracking permission is requested.
• No access to your location, contacts, calendar, microphone or health data. Photo access is asked for only if you choose to attach your own illustration to a card.

Content and age

Foreplay is an adult game intended for people aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process data from them — since the app processes no data at all, this is a statement about who the game is for rather than about data handling.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you rights over personal data a controller holds about you. For this app we hold none, so there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or erase — the data is in your hands, on your device. Questions are still welcome at support@perfectuniverse.cz.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how existing data is used will also be announced in the app.
