Thirty privacy policy
Last updated 26 August 2026. This policy covers the Thirty iOS app published by Perfect Universe.
Data stored on your device only
Thirty saves the game in progress — the player names you typed in, their scores and whose turn it is — to a file inside the app's own container. This never leaves the device, is not readable by other apps, and is deleted when you delete the app. We have no access to it and no copy of it.
The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing you enter is transmitted to Perfect Universe.
Advertising
The free version of the game displays a banner ad supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, Google may process:
- your device's advertising identifier;
- your IP address, and the approximate region derived from it;
- device and app information (model, OS version, app version);
- ad interaction data, such as whether an ad was shown or tapped.
This processing is Google's, as an independent controller for its advertising business. Its use of the data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Consent, and how to say no
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a consent form appears before any ad loads, through Google's UMP framework. Decline personalised advertising and the ads are served without it. You can reopen this choice later from the app's settings.
- App Tracking Transparency — iOS asks separately whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, no advertising identifier is shared for that purpose. You can change the answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Remove the ads entirely — the one-off in-app purchase stops the ad requests being made at all.
The in-app purchase
“Remove ads” is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app whether you own the purchase; we never see your name, card details or billing address. “Restore purchases” in the app asks Apple the same question again — useful on a new device.
What the app does not do
- No account, no sign-in, no cloud sync.
- No analytics SDK of our own.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone or health data.
- No selling, renting or brokering of data by Perfect Universe.
Children
Because it shows advertising, Thirty is not directed at children and is rated accordingly in the App Store. The game uses dice but involves no real-money betting or gambling of any kind.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to receive a copy in a portable format, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Exercise any of these by writing to support@perfectuniverse.cz — no account number or form required, just tell us which app and which email address you used.
Requests about advertising data held by Google have to be addressed to Google, since we neither hold nor can retrieve it. We are happy to point you to the right place.
Contact
Perfect Universe is the data controller for this app. Write to support@perfectuniverse.cz with any question or request about your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how existing data is used will also be announced in the app.
