Bug reports

What to put in the email.

The basics

Which app, and the app version from Profile → About or the App Store page. Your device (say, iPhone 15) and its iOS version.

What happened

What you did, what you expected, and what the app did instead. A screenshot or a short screen recording is worth a page of description.

How often

Every time, or once? Right after an update, or always? A bug that reproduces is a bug that gets fixed.

Please do not send screenshots of your private chat, diary or photos unless the bug is in them — and never send your password. No one here will ever ask for it.

Common questions

Nooklio

My partner's invite code doesn't work. Codes belong to one couple only. If either of you is already paired, unpair first in Profile, then generate a fresh code and type it exactly as shown.

I forgot my app-lock PIN. The PIN is stored only on your device as a hash, so it cannot be recovered or reset from our side. Sign out, remove the app, reinstall it and sign back in — your synced content comes back with your account.

No notifications. Check Settings → Nooklio → Notifications, then confirm the same in the app's profile screen. Notifications also need the app to have been opened at least once since the last update.

Deleting my account. Profile → Account → Delete account. It removes your account and your content; it cannot be undone.

Needly

The Watch app shows nothing. It gets its data from your iPhone, not from the internet. Open Needly on the phone with the watch nearby, and keep both on the same Apple ID with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi available.

Adding someone to the household. Profile → Households shows the six-character invite code. They enter it at sign-up or from their own Households screen.

Only the administrator can do it. Renaming a household, removing members and deleting it belong to whoever created it. Ask them, or create a new household.

Thirty

I paid to remove ads but they came back. New device or fresh install: tap Restore purchases on the setup screen. Apple confirms the purchase and the ads go for good — you are not charged twice.

I want to change my ad consent. The consent form can be reopened from the app's settings. Tracking across other apps is a separate iOS setting: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The rules aren't what we play at home. Very likely — this game has as many house rules as households. The version in the app is on the Thirty page; tell us yours, it may become an option.

A game got lost. The game in progress is saved on the device. It does not survive deleting the app, and it does not sync to another device.

Foreplay

Where are my cards stored? In the app's own folder on that iPad. There is no cloud copy, so deleting the app deletes the deck — export it first if you want to keep it.

Moving the deck to another iPad. Export the deck to a file, get the file across however you like, then import it on the other iPad.

Getting the original deck back. Importing replaces your deck, and the deck that shipped with the app can be restored from the card editor. Export your own first if you might want it back.

It only lets us play two. By design — Foreplay is a game for exactly two people sharing one iPad.

Privacy & data

Your data, and how to get it out.

Read the policies

Each app has its own, written in plain language: Nooklio, Needly, Thirty, Foreplay.

Delete your account

Nooklio and Needly both delete accounts from inside the app, under Profile → Account. Thirty and Foreplay have no accounts to delete — removing the app removes everything.
